Appreciated our stay there, it was really good. Breakfast was wonderful, glorious views, decent location really close to Pincher Creek and area as well as Castle Mountain. The room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated, without a doubt, had a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a fridge. Overall the service was excellent.

This place is safe, incredibly beautiful, and beyond compare, I loved it; make sure to stay in the executive queen room with 3 queen beds.

Funny odor in the hallway. Light in room missing a light bulb, clock radio did not work, coffee maker not plugged in - difficult to plug in as cord is very short; We stayed in a regulalr room - had booked on line in May, paid more than my brother who stayed in the deluxe suite and booked 2 weeks ago. No ability to receive AMA discount because we booked on line - this is not stated anywhere when doing an online booking.

The rooms here are a good size and nicely decorated, with plenty of light. They even have three queen beds, which is awesome! 🛏️ And let's not forget about the food - it's amazing! 👌

Room was a nice surprise - very large, nice style, amenities. New and clean. My son loved the pool!

The room here was really nice, with three big beds that were super comfy. 🛏️ Everything looked new and there was plenty of space. the lighting was great, and I had all I needed in there. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

I fell outside in the back on ice were there is parking. Need to put salt there so it can melt.

I had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Inn. I only stayed one night on a motorcycle trip to Banff. I would stay there again.
